Today's gang violence is not only a threat to public safety but also the quality of life of the very communities I swore - we swore to protect - and we are committed to reducing and ultimately eliminate the gang threat across the United States and helping our colleagues abroad do the same.

GET TO KNOW RUSTY PERSONALLY
My grandparents taught me to not be one who only knows how to talk about themselves and believes that everything starts and stops with them. I can't stand those who have a speech pattern that revolves around the letter "I."
I tend to say WE so much that sometimes people think I have an imaginary friend around me all the time but my belief is even when I'm alone there is someone somewhere helping me carry out the GFORCE Mission.
We also represents my family because not only are they the reason I wake up every day and do what I do but there's also no way I could do it without them. They're like my silent partners that give me the reason, the support, and the ability to do it.
My background and is below if that is of interest to you but I would like to take 30 seconds to tell you about the me I would want you to know:

- My Proudest Accomplishment is being the best Dad I can be to my two incredible daughters. They are who motivates me to be better today than I was yesterday and why I continue to do my small part in making their world a little safer tomorrow than it is today.
- My Greatest Joy in life is watching my girls grow up even if it is bitter sweet.
- My Deepest Love is also the better half of me. When we first met she was in her 20's and after all these years and a 10-year old daughter later; I swear she just gets more incredible and more beautiful. In a world where men are accused of loosing interest as the years pass by; I gladly admit that my interest and sense of awww at this woman still grows stronger with each passing day. She is my Purpose and My kids are my Why.
- My Most Exciting Plan is to do everything I can to support my better half in achieving her dream of owning and operating an animal rescue. We have already rescued 6 dogs, 1 rabbit, 1 squirrel, 3 cows and started the process of establishing the 83 Reasons Farm after the first cow (83) we rescued wasn't as safe as we thought she was and that outcome was devastating to our family and pushed us to dream of our own farm where we can guarantee their safety.
- My Wildest Dream is to go to Space.
- My Vice is Mt. Dew. Like I really love it. Like, I dream about it sometimes. LOL
- My Favorite Movie is Rocky. I've always wanted to be in Rocky where life has knocked me down and Rocky gives me one of his "it ain't about how hard your hit it's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward" speeches.
- My First Career Goal growing up was to be in the hot rod car business and one day take over my Dad's company buying and selling cars and building Street Rods. How I ended up in law enforcement is a funny story that you'll have to ask to hear sometime.
- My First Car was a 1972 Z28 Camaro; Porsche India Red and fast as hell. I got it when I was 14 years old and spent every waking hour and every dollar made on it making it something no 16 year should be allowed to have.
- My Dream Car(s) is a Z06 Corvette and a ZL1 Camaro.
- My Dream Foreign Car is a Lamborghini Aventador.
- My Escape. I love to read. My personal goal is one book a month.
- My Secret.....I'm not saying that I'm Batman but no one has ever seen us both in the same room. IJS

Rusty is an internationally recognized gang specialist with more than 25 Years of operational and administrative command experience in the field of Corrections, Correctional Intelligence & Security, Gang Intelligence & Gang Enforcement; serving in various progressive positions.
He is the Founder and CEO of The Gang Enforcement Company and building one of the largest international networks of gang enforcers in the world. He is the also the founder and operator of the Gang Enforcement Training Center, which operates the National Gang Academy.
Rusty has experience with the Federal Bureau of Investigation Terrorism Task Force and Safe Streets Gang Task Force where I held a “Secret” Security Clearance with the Federal Bureau of Investigations; as well as,
Recognized as an international speaker in the areas of Gang Awareness, Investigations, Graffiti, Correctional Intelligence, Prison Gangs, Gangs & Media Influence, Inmate Radicalization, Terrorism, and Leadership.
He has been certified as a Certified Gang Specialist by the National Gang Crime Research Center and the Florida Gang Investigators Association.
As the Founder and Commander of Florida's first Corrections Gang Unit and Corrections Terrorism Task Force at the local level, he was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Office of Security Intelligence, which included the Corrections Anti-Gang Enforcement Unit (CAGE), Graffiti Eradication Team, Inmate Surveillance, Homeland Security, and coordination of the Inmate Drug Testing Program & the Narcotics K-9 Unit.
Appointed to the Governor's Domestic Security Task Force.
Successfully wrote, managed & administered (10) grants totaling more than a half million dollars.
Orange County (FL) Mayor's Office obtained a national award from the National Association of Counties for my office's “innovativeness and effectiveness in government.”
Appointed to the U.S. Department of Justice’s Global Justice Information Sharing initiative.
Founder of the Rusty Keeble Foundation and the GANGFREE Project.
