Certification is part of a process called credentialing. It focuses specifically on the individual and provides documented evidence to the public that the individual has been examined by an independent professional organization and found to possess current competency in a specialized field. Certification signifies and documents the mastery of a strong level of knowledge.

GANGOLOGY SPECIALIST CERTIFICATIONS
The Gang Specialist Certification (CBGS) is offered in three security levels depending on your current employment status.
AGENCY / TEAM CERTIFICATION
ORGANIZATION CERTIFICATIONIn addition; you can choose to receive company certification, once 80% of your identified team have obtained their Civilian Gang Specialist certification.

AGENCY / TEAM CERTIFICATIONIn addition; your agency can choose to apply for agency or team certification, once 80% of your identified team have obtained their Gang and/or CAGE Specialist certifications.
