The three tenets of the conference are training, networking, and strategy development. ​

Filled with Subject Matter Specialists; you'll discuss the state of today's gang threat and what resources, training, and strategies are needed to combat today's threat as well as how to use historical precedence and intelligence to forecast tomorrow's trends and what policies and  legislation is needed to support those efforts.

​GANGOPS 2025 is an intense 3-day gang enforcement conference designed to provide gang enforcers within all criminal justice disciplines real-world applicable intelligence and enforcement principles, strategies, and networking opportunities to maximize officer, unit and task force development. WHO CAN ATTEND

Attendance is selective and limited to those who work directly for city, county, state, federal or international public safety departments. Identification is required. GFORCE reserves the right to refuse ineligible attendees. REFUND POLICY

• All cancellations must be made in writing and e-mailed to Gang Command: [email protected]
• No telephone cancellations will be accepted.
• A 25% penalty will be assessed on all cancellations dated on or before: February 18, 2025
• A 50% penalty will be assessed on all cancellations dated between: March 01, 2025 and March 30, 2025
• A 75% penalty will be assessed on all cancellations dated between: April 01, 2025 and April 30, 2025
• It will take a minimum of four (4) weeks to receive a refund.
• No refunds will be issued on or after: May 01, 2025
• No refunds will be given for no-shows.
• Registration may be transferred to another person in your organization by written request to Gang Command, prior to: May 01, 2025.  After this date, all changes must be made at the conference. Additional charges may apply.
• The Cancellation Policy is subject to change.

WHAT TO EXPECT

For those who pre-register, you will receive text updates as well as access to the secured Conference Communications Group for private attendee only discussions as well as regular updates, downloads, and pre-conference onboarding so that every attendee is on the same page before you even walk through the conference door. This is the only conference where you will get access to pre-conference training, certification, and discussions to prepare you for the 3-day conference as well as post-conference discussions, briefings and quarterly follow up over the next year to support what you learned and the strategies you are deploying.

PRE-CONFERENCE ONBOARDING

Every attendee will go through the 4-week onboarding and certification (or recertification) process; attending the weekly live video pre-conference.

KEYNOTES

We are assembling a line up of subject matter experts to help evoke forward strategic thinking and help you get clear on the vision to develop your gang enforcement strategy. 

TRAINING SESSIONS

Our sessions are designed to provide attendees with in-depth training, updates on emerging trends, and expert insights related to challenges faced by gang enforcement personnel. Topics can vary in scope, ranging from local issues to national or international events, and typically feature presentations, panel discussions and interactive workshops led by subject matter experts.

CONFERENCE KIT

Upon checking in, every attendee will receive a conference kit. The items in the kit as well as when and how they will be utilized during the conference will be released to you at a later date.​

 GANG SPECIALIST CERTIFICATION

As part of the conference, you will go through the Basic Gang Specialist Certification. Certification is part of a process called credentialing. It focuses specifically on the individual and provides documented evidence to the public that the individual has been examined by an independent professional organization and found to possess current competency in a specialized field.

POST CONFERENCE BRIEFINGS

Once per month, post conference, till GANGOPS 2026, we will hold a live intelligence & strategy briefing, via video conference to continue the discussions started this year. 

STRATEGY SESSION

We will have group activities as well as intelligence and strategy sessions to focus on today's gang reduction challenges along with leadership principles with a dose of Gang Enforcement.
