Attendance is limited to those who work directly for public safety agencies and city, county, state, federal or international public safety departments. Identification is required. GFORCE reserves the right to refuse ineligible attendees. Agency Identification will be REQUIRED at the time of check in. For those who pre-register, you will receive text updates to your mobile phone as well as access to the secured Conference Briefing for private attendee only discussions as well as regular updates, downloads, and pre-conference on-boarding so that every attendee is on the same page before you even walk through the conference door. This is the only conference where you will get access to pre-conference discussions and training to prepare you for the 3-day conference as well as post-conference discussions, briefings and quarterly follow up over the next year to support what you learned and the strategies you are deploying.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
Full Refund: Any cancellation requests made prior to January 1, 2025, will receive a full refund of the conference ticket price paid.
Street Cop Credit: Any cancellations made between January 1, 2025 and 60 days prior to the event start date (March 28, 2025) will be eligible for equal value credit to use towards any on demand training and/or merchandise available on our website. This credit annot be used for any in person training, including future conferences. This credit will never expire.
No Refunds: Cancellations made after March 28, 2025 (60 days out from the event) will not be eligible for any refunds or credits.

IS THERE PARKING AT THE HOTEL
Parking at the hotel is valet only, $60/day. You can, however, self-park across the street at Music City Center for an affordable rate.
WILL MEALS BE PROVIDED?
No lunch is provided, however the hotel offers a wide variety of dining that you can find here. We are also 3 blocks from downtown Nashville and there are many dining options in walking distance from the hotel. We also extended your lunch to be 90 minutes long.
HOW DOES THE ROOM BLOCK WORK?
Our room block rates are for Monday (May 26) to Thursday (May 29). We have worked with the hotel to offer discounted room rates for a few days prior and after our conference as well, anticipating that many of our attendees will want to make a trip out of this event. When you click on our room block link, you will automatically be getting our special rates (as long as it is still available) and you will be able to select your preferred check in/check out date. Please note: the conference is ONLY Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of that week. Rooms within our block, at our special rate, are limited to a first come, first serve basis.
WHEN IS REGISTRATION?
Registration will first open on Monday, May 27 from 12:00-5:00 PM. It will reopen on Tuesday, May 28 at 7:00 AM and remain open until 4:00 PM. On Wednesday and Thursday, registration will open at 8:00 AM. In order to register, you will need your LEO ID as well as your personal driver’s license/ID card. Please have your order number and/or order confirmation email handy in case any issues arise.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE CONFERENCE TICKET?
Your conference ticket includes: Admission to the 3-day event, Conference challenge coin, Conference t-shirt, Meet & greet access, Access to vendor alley, Conference badge/lanyard as well as breakfast, coffee, tea and water each morning.
WILL THERE BE MEET-N-GREETS WITH THE PRESENTERS?
Yes, we will be offering meet & greets with our instructors, special guests and keynotes throughout the week. More information will be posted as we get closer. Meet & greets are included in your conference ticket.
WILL I RECEIVE pOST CREDITS FOR THIS CONFERENCE?
You will be sent a completion training certificate by June 6, 2025 (within one week after the event). We will be in touch after the conference with steps and specific information on how to obtain POST credits for your state.
WHAT IS THE OPEN CARRY POLICY FOR THIS CONFERENCE?
The hotel open carry policy kindly requests that all officers carrying a weapon be in uniform or be displaying their badge on their person while on property.
WILL THERE BE GANG ENFORCEMENT APPAREL AVAILABLE?
Yes we will be selling our current line of merchandise as well as offering conference attendees first dibs at new products and apparel.
WILL THE BE SPECIAL PERKS FOR BT1 MEMBERS?
Yes, to be announced.
WILL THERE BE RAFFLES & GIVE-A-WAYS?
Yes we are excited to do some raffles throughout the week as we have done in the past. The challenge coin that you will be given at check-in will have a number on it, that is your raffle number. Please keep that coin with you throughout the week.
WILL THERE BE NIGHTLIFE ACTIVITES?
Yes, we will be hosting our usual exclusive event for the first 250 registrants. Other nightlife events are being worked on and details will be released soon.
HOW WILL I KNOW IF i AM IN THE FIRST 50?
You will receive an email within a few weeks of signing up if you are within the first 250.
